End of Life and Palliative Care

How Our End of Life and Palliative Care Works

While we understand that staying at home may be the best option for many, caring for someone in this stage of their life can be difficult due to the emotional and physical challenges as well as the nitty-gritty of this.

We have a dedicated palliative care service that we provide for our clients and their loved ones. End of Life services are committed to dignity, compassion, and respect.

This service is based on the respected hospice movement. This service is intended to be active in collaborating with all those involved in the palliative process, regardless of whether they are a hospice or another care team.

We Provide Tailored Support for End of Life and Palliative Care

All our carers receive intensive, specialist training to provide compassionate, high-quality care for those at the end. We also offer regular refresher training. Your assigned carer will be able to adapt care to your needs and wishes. Carers are trained in how to communicate with loved ones and to help them understand their needs. Our carers are also trained to recognize signs that someone is nearing the end of life. We help them communicate with their family members and know what to do. Communication is important to our carers, as well as clients and family members. The Palliative Carer is also involved in ensuring that the care we provide is tailored to each person’s specific needs and preferences.
